We are looking for a full-time qualified and experienced Mechanic to join our team
Mechanics will be responsible for servicing and repair of Land Rovers and other vehicles that the company look after, ensuring a high standard of work
IT literacy is preferred as diagnostic equipment and workshop manuals are all computer based
Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, be a team player, self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work, as well as willingness to constantly keep learning on the job

Qualifications and Skills required:
You will be a qualified, certified Technician (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent to Level 3)
Fabrication skills advantageous but not a must
Understanding of Automotive electronics and previous experience with diagnostic equipment particularly, SDD, Pathfinder and TOPIX cloud preferred
Own tools required – specialist tools supplied
Salary:
Starting salary dependant on experience, with the potential to earn up to £40,000 with the bonus scheme. Can be paid weekly or monthly.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5pm
Bonuses:
Bonus scheme – based on individual performance each month
Use of workshop facilities in own time when convenient with management
Work Location:
In person at McDonald Automotive Ltd’s workshop
